Any idea what the legend means and in which language? The first word looks suspiciously like الله
"Allah"; but Istanbul/Byzantium/Constantinople is in Turkey nowadays, and Turkish is wriien with Latin letters since Atatürk, but before that it used the Arabic alphabet. Did you by any chance use as reference a postcard published before World War II?
