În cursul existenţei prin organismul uman curg diferite tipuri de energii. Fiecare tip de energie are propriul mod de acţiune. Fiecare energie se manifestă la timpul ei.
Love where you're going so far. Looking really solid. A couple nitpicky things, but for the most part you're in the right direction.

Her lower back seems a bit long in comparison to the reference photo, which looks a little odd as well with the mermaid's tail. The tail is the longest part of the body (in theory), but at the moment the torso's taking more than half of that, and when she's a fish, I'd expect far more tail than torso. With her hair, there's still something off, but it still looks to be in prelim stages. It doesn't, at the moment, look like it has any wetness to it, but more like super glue hair gel stuck in a position. I'd drop the hairline a bit and give the indication of wet clumps against her forehead.

The background in the upper left is a tad boring, compositionally. Have any other plans with that?

Otherwise, this is looking really great so far. I love the painterly style, and the skin looks fantastic.

I think the reference's behind is a little higher, giving further arch to her lower back, but then I know you're working a fish tail on which might change things.... It will be cool to see this finished with the wet hair across her face (if you add that)

I think you're right, and the buttocks need to be higher ans rounder, and possibly closer to the base of the spine. That's if mermies have buttocks. This one seems to. I will be attempting the hair strands crossing the face, which will probably drive me mental, and which will make or break the image.
You're right. I've shortened the torso a bit but it needs more work. Haven't even started on the hair yet.
I can dontrealy say, but its nice and I waithing for the finaly result!!!!
I won't make suggestions which have already been mentioned (pointless), but it might be helpful to note where her waistline falls in the photo in relation to her elbow. I love how well you've captured her arm, the warm flesh tones and highlights are terrific, a lovely sunkissed glow. Most impressive work.

It's worse than I thought! I just shocked myself by tracing the original reference and overlaying it onto the painting. I've got to move her entire arse up by an arse's width! Look at the state of it! [link]

On the bright side, the repositioning will leave more room for tail and enable me to show a more graceful sweep.
